Founded in 2020 by Jordan-Kane Lewis, Studio Silent started as a means to distribute his films but has now grown into a platform representing the creative collective he collaborates with regularly. The company has gained recognition for its high-quality micro-budget filmmaking and is proudly based in Dronfield, England.

Jordan-Kane Lewis

Founder / Filmmaker

Jordan-Kane Lewis, director, filmmaker and founder of Studio Silent, was born on December 18, 1998, in Nuneaton, Northern Warwickshire, England. He is a sheffield hallam alumni having AN MA in filmmaking.

The latest project he is currently working on "All You do is bleed" which is in it post-production stage. He is also in THE pre-production stage of AN untitled SCI-FI film and short film.

Harry Varney

Sound & boom operator

Harry has been with Studio Silent since its inception, initially appearing as an actor in Jordan's first short films before transitioning to sound-related roles. His portfolio includes serving as the sound mixer and boom operator on several projects, including notable works like "Nothing Goes (2023)" and "A Touch of Vengeance. (2022)"

Currently pursuing film studies, Harry's most recent project involved him as a sound mixer and boom operator in "Don't let me down," (directed by Rafi Ojaghi) And "All YOU DO IS BLEED" (Directed by jordan-kane lewis).

Georgia Maxwell

makeup and wig specialist

Recently graduated from university, Georgia is currently immersed in research and development for an upcoming Studio Silent project as a talented make-up artist. Throughout her collaboration with Jordan-Kane on various projects, Georgia's invaluable input has prompted significant changes.

Beyond her involvement in filmmaking, Georgia boasts an extensive list of collaborations with various artists. She has also worked on her own editorials, which culminated in her winning a prestigious "The Court on Camera Award" from her university.

Ian Hodson

Actor & COLLABORATOR

Ian, widely recognized as "Oddy," stands as Jordan's most frequent collaborator in the realm of acting. He began his journey as an unknown actor, undertaking minor roles and steadily ascending to more significant parts in various productions. His most prominent achievement to date came in the form of portraying Charlie, one of the primary antagonists in the acclaimed movie "Nothing Goes."

Apart from his acting career, Ian is the lead singer in a punk band "Resistance 77" and is a successful business owner.

James Lewis

Unit production manager / assistant Producer

James has been involved in various capacities at Studio Silent, taking on roles as a unit production and producer for "Nothing Goes" and "A Touch of Vengeance." Additionally, he has contributed to multiple Studio Silent projects, assisting with casting and location scouting among other responsibilities.

Harry Barron

musician

Harry, a self-taught musician, in the film space, is known as a regular collaborator of Jordan-Kane. He is responsible so far for producing the majority of soundtracks for Jordan's projects and recently marked his feature debut by skillfully curating the 'Yang' side of the soundtracks. This innovative piece combines Breakcore and Neo-grime, blending these two genres of music.

Beyond his work in filmmaking, Harry also excels as a music producer, showcasing his original creations online under the name "Tankin." His music can be found on platforms like SoundCloud and Spotify.

Kaden-James Lewis

Freelance VFX artist

Kaden-James, a skilled VFX artist, collaborates with Jordan-Kane to create the 2023 logo ident/movie. Remarkably, Kaden-James was responsible for all the VFX shots in "Where We Lie."

Presently, he is actively involved in an untitled project alongside Jordan-Kane but also is personally working on custom JEWELLERY.
