A TOUCH OF VENGEANCE (2022)
This poster is one among several created for the film, showcasing Marcus, the main antagonist, during his final moments of the movie. In early 2020, Jordan-Kane Lewis, in his directorial debut as a final degree student, helmed this remarkable feature film. The narrative took a non-linear approach, and the shoot extended over 28 days, resulting in a runtime exceeding 60 minutes. Jordan-Kane, along with co-writer Lucy Ingram, penned the screenplay, and production commenced shortly after finalizing the fourth draft.
The film's entire budget amounted to £2000, with £800 raised through GoFundMe.
The film's realization hinged upon the invaluable support and collaborative efforts of local acting groups in Chesterfield and Dronfield. Moreover, the active participation of students from Chesterfield College and UCR (University of Rotherham) proved instrumental in enhancing the project, providing additional cast and crew.
